The signingOrganization is associated with the Forest Stewardship CouncilA.C., Oaxaca, Mexico, or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates(hereinafter: FSC) by being either a member of or having acontractual relationship with FSC. Hereby the signing Organizationexplicitly states that it has read and understood the “Policy forthe Association of Organizations with FSC” as publishedunder www.fsc.org.This policy stipulates FSC’s position with regards to unacceptableactivities by organizations and individuals which already are orwould like to be associated with FSC as well as the mechanism fordisassociation.
本机构与森林管理委员会Oaxaca,Mexico或其子公司或附属公司(以下称:FSC)之间存在联合关系,或为其成员之一,或与FSC存在合同关系。本机构特此明确声明兹已阅读并理解www.fsc.org上发布的《FSC组织联合会政策》。此政策规定了对于已经成为或意欲成为FSC联合成员的机构和个人所不容接受的行为FSC的立场以及脱离联合机制。
In light of theabove, the Organization explicitly agrees currently and in thefuture, as long as the relationship with FSC exists, not to bedirectly or indirectly involved in the following unacceptableactivities:
鉴于以上情况,本机构明确同意目前及日后,在与FSC的联合关系存续期间,不会直接或间接地参与到以下所不容接受的行为中:
a)Illegal logging or the trade in illegal wood or forestproducts;
a) 非法采伐或非法木材或森林制品的贸易;
b) Violation oftraditional and human rights in forestry operations;
b)森林采运作业中存有对传统公民权利及人权的侵犯;
c) Destruction ofhigh conservation values in forestry operations;
c)森林采运作业中存有对高保护价值森林的破坏;
d) Significantconversion of forests to plantations or non-forest use;
d)由森林大幅转化为人工林或非林地用途;
e) Introduction ofgenetically modified organisms in forestry operations;
e)森林采运作业中引进转基因生物;
f)Violation of any of the ILO Core Conventions as defined in the ILODeclaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights atWork.
f)存有对《国际劳工组织关于工作中基本原则和权利的声明》中《国际劳工组织核心公约》规定内容的侵犯。
