一、应用范围及用途：(Application)

二、结构和原理：(Structureand principle)
该机由安全操作控制柜、磨粉主机、风机、旋风集尘器、关风机、粉末输送管、震动分离器等组成。磨粉主机由机架、主电机、无级变速电机、送料机构、调节机构及磨盘等构成。其基本原理为通过两个磨盘的相对运动，将物料剪切、碾磨而达到粉碎之目的。采用风、水冷却有效控制粉碎温度，确保被粉碎物料之质量。送料机构选用无级变速，可根据不同的物料，调节相应的进料速度，从而达到的产品要求。

送料机构将物料强制送入粉碎室，在高压作用下剪切与研磨相结合的原理，通过风、水冷却，控制粉碎室的温度，确保被粉物料之质量。再通过风机风力的作用将粉碎成粉的粉剂经过输送管道送入旋风集尘器，再进行震动分离送入贮存袋。
