一、应用范围及用途：(Application)
ticproducts 该机适用于各种人造、天然、合成橡胶、多种塑料及其它韧性材料的粉剂生产，特别适用于各种废旧橡胶边料的磨粉回收再利用。根据制品要求，渗入比例各有不同，不但不会降低制品的质量，可提高制品的防劳性、耐磨性和散热性，既可降低成本，更可提高经济效益。
This machine is suitable forartificial, natural, synthetic rubber, plastics and other ductilematerial powder processing, especially for all kinds of wasterubber scraps which can be recycled by grinding into powders. Thepowder can be added in different proportion according torequirements of the final product, making the products muchstronger, wear resistant, better heat dispersion and lowering theproduction cost and achieving economic efficiency by using thepowder which ground by the rubber grinder.
除以上胶粉可混入橡胶制品外，胶粉又是某些建筑材料和防水材料的添加剂，国内外还将胶粉和沥青混合，用于高速公路铺设路面，也可与塑料混合生产橡塑制品。

二、结构和原理：(Structureand principle)
该机由安全操作控制柜、磨粉主机、风机、旋风集尘器、关风机、粉末输送管、震动分离器等组成。磨粉主机由机架、主电机、无级变速电机、送料机构、调节机构及磨盘等构成。其基本原理为通过两个磨盘的相对运动，将物料剪切、碾磨而达到粉碎之目的。采用风、水冷却有效控制粉碎温度，确保被粉碎物料之质量。送料机构选用无级变速，可根据不同的物料，调节相应的进料速度，从而达到的产品要求。
Therubber grinder consists of safety operation cabinet, main grindercomponents, blower, cyclone dust collector, airlock, powderconveyor pipe, vibrating separator, etc. The main component iscomposed of support , main drive motor, stepless speed motor,conveyor mechanism, adjusting mechanism, grinding wheels, etc. Thebasic working principle is that the two wheels move oppositely tocut and grind the materials into powders with air ,water coolingsystem to control the grinding temperature to ensure the grindingquality. The feeding mechanism adopts the stepless speedtransmission which can change the speed as per the feedingmaterials to optimize the final product.
送料机构将物料强制送入粉碎室，在高压作用下剪切与研磨相结合的原理，通过风、水冷却，控制粉碎室的温度，确保被粉物料之质量。再通过风机风力的作用将粉碎成粉的粉剂经过输送管道送入旋风集尘器，再进行震动分离送入贮存袋。
Feeding mechanism sends the material compulsorily into the crushingchamber where the materials are cut and ground under the highpressure with air, water cooling system. This system can controlthe temperature of the crushing room and ensure the grindingquality. The blower will blow the powder into the conveyor pipe andthen the powder will be collected by the cyclone dust collector,stored in bags after filtering through the vibrating separator.
